Primary School Online Admission Instructions


Welcome to Akilistars primary school online admission portal. Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure a smooth and successful application process.

 Step-by-Step Online Admission Instructions

1. **Visit the Admission Portal**
   - Access our official website: akilistars admissions and click on the "Admissions" tab to start the process.

2. **Create an Account**
   - If you are a new user, click on “Create Account” and provide your email address, phone number, and a secure password.
   - Existing users can log in using their registered credentials.

3. **Fill in the Application Form**
   - After logging in, click on the “Apply Now” button.
   - Complete the online application form with accurate details. Make sure to include:
     - Student’s full name, date of birth, and gender.
     - Parent/guardian contact information.
     - Address details.
     - Previous school information (if applicable).
   
4. **Upload Required Documents**
   - Ensure all documents are clear and legible. You will need to upload the following:
     - **Birth certificate** or other proof of age.
     - **Passport-size photograph** of the student.
     - **Proof of residence** (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.).
     - **Previous school report** (for applicants to higher grades).
   
5. **Pay the Application Fee**
   - A non-refundable application fee of  Tsh 20,000 must be paid during the online submission process.
   - Payments can be made via [payment methods: credit card, mobile money, bank transfer, etc.]. Ensure the payment reference number is kept for future reference.

6. **Submit the Application**
   - Review all information to ensure it is correct before submitting.
   - Click the "Submit" button to complete the application process. Once submitted, no changes can be made.

7. **Confirmation Email**
   - After submitting the application, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a unique application reference number. Keep this number for tracking your application status.

8. **Application Review and Selection Process**
   - The Admissions Committee will review all submitted applications and documents.
   - You may be contacted to schedule an interview or entrance examination depending on the grade level and the number of applicants.
   - Admission decisions will be communicated via email or phone within 2 weeks.

9. **Acceptance and Enrollment**
   - Upon receiving an offer of admission, parents/guardians must confirm acceptance within 15 days.
   - Enrollment fees must be paid to secure the admission spot.
   - Further instructions on school uniform, textbooks, and orientation will be provided upon enrollment.
